When this website is accessed, technically necessary server logs are recorded. These contain:

  • date and time of access
  • URL accessed
  • HTTP status code and data volume transferred
  • browser identifier and operating system

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical provision and security of the website).
Retention period: typically 7 to 14 days; logs are then deleted automatically.

3. Cookies

This website uses technically necessary cookies (e.g. for CSRF protection of forms) and — only with your consent — analytics cookies from Google Analytics (see Section 7a), marketing cookies from the Meta pixel (see Section 7b) and Google Ads advertising cookies for conversion measurement and remarketing (see Section 7c). Without consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are set.

4. Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address and the time of subscription are recorded. Delivery is handled by the service provider Kulturkurier as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR.

5. Contacting Us

If you contact us by email, phone or via the contact form, the data you provide (name, email, phone number, message) will be processed for the purpose of handling your request.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication).
Retention period: data is deleted as soon as your request has been completed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. External Links – Tickets

Concert tickets are sold via the external platform Reservix. Clicking a ticket link takes you away from our website and redirects you to the Reservix platform. The privacy policy of Reservix applies there; we have no influence over the data processing carried out there.

7. Fonts, Scripts, Maps

Fonts (Inter, Sora) and most JavaScript libraries are delivered exclusively locally from our server. There is no connection to external CDNs (e.g. Google Fonts, Font Awesome, Google Maps). Exceptions are Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and the Google Ads advertising features, which are loaded only with your consent (see Sections 7a, 7b and 7c). Beyond that, no social media plug-ins are integrated.

7a. Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse the use of the website statistically (including pages viewed, approximate origin, time on site, newsletter sign-ups, ticket-link clicks, downloads).

  • Purpose: measuring reach and optimising our offering.
  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and § 25(1) TDDDG. Processing takes place exclusively after your active consent via our cookie banner.
  • Recipients / transfer to third countries: Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists for these transfers.
  • Retention period: 2 months; data is then deleted automatically.
  • Withdrawal: You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

7b. Meta pixel (Facebook)

This website uses — only with your consent — the Meta pixel, an analytics and marketing tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland). The Meta pixel sets cookies (including _fbp) and records page views in order to measure the reach of our Facebook/Instagram posts and ads.

  • Purpose: measuring the performance and optimising our communication on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and § 25(1) TDDDG. Without your active consent via our cookie banner, the Meta pixel is not loaded.
  • Recipients / transfer to third countries: Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists for these transfers.

7c. Google Ads – conversion measurement and remarketing

This website uses — only with your consent — advertising features of Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). They are linked to the Google tag described in Section 7a. In this context, data may also be transferred to Google advertising domains, in particular doubleclick.net, googlesyndication.com and www.google.<country domain>.

  • Purpose: measuring whether a visit originating from one of our ads led to an action (conversion measurement, e.g. a newsletter sign-up), and interest-based advertising: you may be shown ads for the festival on other websites (remarketing).
